Digital product & refund policy

Meridian digital templates are delivered as immediate downloads after a verified platform-hosted checkout. Because files can be accessed and copied immediately, purchases of digital products are generally final once the download has been delivered.

If a file is materially defective, unavailable, or does not match the product described on its page, contact Meridian within 14 days of purchase with the order reference and a concise description of the issue. We will review the concern and may provide a replacement file, correction, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Templates provide planning and organizational guidance only. They do not guarantee admission, scholarships, recruitment, financial aid, or any outcome. Students remain responsible for truthful information and authentic application materials.
